Cattle Registration

The Piedmontese Association of the United States registers Piedmontese cattle for any breeder, regardless of association membership. You can can easily download a copy of our cattle Registration form at the bottom of this page.

We have over 12,000 animals recorded in our database, and we process all registrations in-house. Registration certificates are issued upon completion of processing, and include the animals name, registration number, tattoo number, date of birth, sex, and date registered. It also includes a pedigree, the breeder name and number, current owner name and number, production information, and DNA test lab ID's and results. Certificates issued for new animals clearly state whether the animal is fullblood, purebred, or percentage; including myostatin test results, and parentage verification (Dam Verified, Sire Verified, or Dam and Sire Verified). Registration certificates issued by PAUS provide valuable and reliable information for breeders and potential buyers.

General requirements for the various classes of Piedmontese cattle registration, as well as our fee schedules are listed below. For more specific information, please feel free to inspect our Association Rules and Regulations, specifically: Section 4 - Classes, Section 5 - Testing, Section 6 - Procedures.
